Confirmation
All bidding must be confirmed within 24 hours.
The unconfirmed bids will be eliminated.
The bidder will receive confirmation instructions by email
within seconds of placing the bid. (If you do not get this email within 5
hours, there is a problem with it, we do not have your bid)
Winning Bid
The winning bidders will receive a bid status.
We will send you payment instructions that must be sent to
us within 24 hours.
Once we have received the first payment, we will send you all the documents
that must be signed and returned to us within 96 hours.
Payment
The payment must be received within 24 hours.
Back up bidding
The bidding will continue daily while we wait for the
payment. It will stop and the later bidders notified that we have a
previous winner.
If no documents were received or even worse if not
confirmation was received we will announce a new winner next day.

Obligations
You are under no obligation of any kind until we cash your
payment.
Once we have cashed your payment, we have accepted your
offer, we are obligated to complete the transaction, so are you.
You are bidding to purchase the property, please conduct
your due diligence.
